Over 100 Years of Alpine Tradition
Over 100 years ago, the great-grandparents of our family founded a traditional costume society in what is now Mariendorf. The center of this traditional costume association was the Alpinia Inn. Countless enthusiasts joined and met regularly to maintain traditional festivals and customs of the alpine region. For more than 80 years the Bavarian Inn Alpinia was located in the same place. In July ’93 it made way for the present hotel. To this day, we proudly carry on the name and traditional hospitality of the historic Alpinia inn.
