Our reception is available Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you are arriving outside these hours, please get in touch with us in advance – instructions for late check-in can be found in your booking confirmation.

This depends on the type of booking: group bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, weekend bookings up to 2 days before, and weekday bookings (Mon–Fri) up to 1 day before. Since conditions can vary by rate, we recommend checking the exact cancellation terms at the time of booking or contacting us directly.

Your room is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. A later check-out is possible subject to availability for an additional fee – just ask our reception team.

Depending on the rate and booking channel, a prepayment or credit card guarantee may be required. You will see the exact conditions during the booking process before completing your reservation.

Yes, every room at Landhaus Alpinia has its own air conditioning.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in all rooms.

Every room has its own in-room safe. Most rooms do not have a minibar – however, we are happy to keep your drinks or medication chilled at reception. If you specifically require a room with a minibar, please contact us by phone: our reception team will gladly check what is possible.

Yes, we offer special allergy-friendly rooms. Please ask for one specifically when booking so we can reserve a suitable room for you.

Landhaus Alpinia is among Berlin’s accessible hotels and has lifts. Our Double Room Business also features a walk-in shower. Please note: our house is not currently wheelchair-accessible.

You can easily reach the Alt-Mariendorf underground station (U6) via bus lines M76, X76, X71 and 179. From BER Airport, bus X71 takes you to the Tauernallee/Säntisstraße stop in 38 minutes – from there it is just a few minutes’ walk to us.

By car or taxi, you will reach us in about 25–30 minutes. Alternatively, the BVG airport bus X71 takes you directly to the terminal in 38 minutes.

We do not currently offer our own transfer service.

Major sights such as the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Cathedral, Checkpoint Charlie and Gendarmenmarkt are easily reached by underground within a reasonable time.

Yes, guests have access to our hotel car park. Our underground garage offers 12 spaces (entry height 1.90 m). If you would prefer an uncovered space, please ask specifically when booking – only 6 such spaces are available, so availability is limited. The price is 15 EUR per day, and advance reservation is required.

Yes, our car park has an EV charging station, so you can conveniently charge your electric vehicle during your stay.

Yes, on request we are happy to serve your breakfast as well as selected dishes from our restaurant directly to your room. We charge a surcharge of 5.00 EUR per person for this service.

Yes – our restaurant “Wirtshaus Alpinia” treats you to modern German cuisine. In summer, our lovely beer garden also invites you to linger.

Our restaurant is open on weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to midnight and on Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to midnight. The kitchen serves weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We recommend reserving a table, especially for groups or on weekends – you can reach us by phone at 030-761770 or by email at wirtshaus@alpinia-berlin.de.

Yes, on arrival you will receive a voucher for a complimentary bottle of water, which you can conveniently collect at our bar.

Yes, our vending machine offers both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks around the clock. Payment is conveniently made by debit card, VISA or Mastercard – American Express is unfortunately not accepted at this machine.

Yes, our park-like garden and our terrace invite you to relax over a drink or a meal – especially during the summer months.

Dogs are warmly welcome – for a surcharge of 12 EUR per night plus 7.5% tourist tax. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other pets.

Yes, very much so! Our Double Room Superior, for example, has space for an extra bed for a third guest, and our junior suite is spacious enough for a family of five. Just let us know your room occupancy needs when booking so we can reserve the right room for you.
